Q: Where are you located?

A:  We are located in Atlantic Beach, FL. We offer all of  RV inspections in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida BUT We love to travel! 

The quoted price for your RV Inspection includes up to 40 miles one way from zip code 32233. Travel beyond 45 miles one way, may require additional travel fees., travel fees will be quoted and enclosed prior to booking.

Always Rolling has traveled the entire US and Canada working with RV's and Motorcoach's over the years, our Inspections are no different. If you need an expert we will travel Coast to Coast for you. We will hop on a flight and inspect one, two, thee Rigs for you! Travel fees will be quoted and enclosed prior to booking. 

Q: I live multiple states away from a RV in which I am very interested in. Can Always Rolling inspect it for me before I travel to see if its the "one"?

A: Absolutely! Always Rolling RV Inspections can travel to the prospective RV and provide a comprehensive onsite inspection. You’ll receive a detailed digital report with photos covering the RV’s condition, systems, and any issues we find. This helps you decide whether it’s worth making the trip to purchase—or if it’s better to keep shopping for a more reliable option. 

Q: Do I need to be present for the inspection?

A: No, your presence is not required. We simply need keys and access to the RV’s location, which can be arranged during the booking process.  You are always welcome to observe the inspection if you’d like. However, we kindly ask that distractions and conversation be kept to a minimum so our inspectors can complete a thorough and precise evaluation. Once the inspection is finished, we’ll be happy to answer any questions and review the findings with you.

Q: What is needed on the day of inspection?

A: To ensure a thorough and accurate RV inspection, please have the following available:

• Power supply (30 amp and/or 50 amp)

• Water supply

• Keys for all compartments, doors, and access points

• Service records (if available)

Note: These items are not required for roof‑only inspections.

Q: How long will the inspection take?

A: Most RV inspections take approximately 5–7 hours onsite, depending on the type of inspection and the size of the RV. This allows our inspectors to thoroughly evaluate all systems, components, and details to provide you with a complete digital report and photos within 24 hours of completion.

.Q: When will I receive a copy of my inspection?

A: You’ll receive an overview of your inspection either in person at the inspection site (if available) or by phone. Within 24 hours, you’ll be emailed a full digital inspection report, complete with detailed notes and pictures of your RV’s condition.

Q: Are inspections necessary on new RVs?

A: Yes — even brand‑new RVs can have serious issues. While dealerships typically perform a Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI), these are often limited due to time constraints and may miss important details. A professional third‑party RV inspection provides a more thorough evaluation, uncovering problems before you drive off the lot.

Q: How much do your Pre‑Purchase or Seller’s Inspections cost?

A: Pricing varies depending on the RV style, condition, and location. Most RV inspections in Jacksonville, FL, Northeast Florida, and Southeast Georgia range between $650–$1,200. Please note that travel costs are not included in this estimate.

Q: How much do your Seasonal Maintenance RV Inspections or RV Roof Inspections cost?

A: These inspections are billed at an hourly rate of $150 and quoted per customer. Because they are more focused services, you can expect a significantly lower cost compared to a full pre‑purchase or seller’s RV inspection. Seasonal and roof inspections are ideal for routine maintenance, trip preparation, or catching small issues before they become costly repairs.

Q: What payments do you accept?

A: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Cash App, and Venmo for all inspection services. A $150 deposit is required to book your inspection. This deposit is non‑refundable, but it will be credited toward your final invoice.

If you need to reschedule, the deposit may be applied to a different inspection date within 7 days of your original booking, subject to Always Rolling RV Inspections’ schedule availability.
